项目1-ROBOE THICS MANIFESTO
ROBOETHICS MANIFESTO is a sound project that explores a way to hear the voice of meChanical language and discusses the possibility of technological entities becoming a new intelligent life race through this language.
In order to enable machines to provide a more intimate experience to humans, many programs have been developed to make them produce human-like speech The increasingly realistic synthetic human voices are constantly blurring the boundaries between us and artificial intelligence. Perhaps as the technology for synthesizing human voices continues to develop, machines will develop their own challenging traditional human-machine relationships, forcing humans to re-examine our inherent notions about machines, and accepting new rules and a new order of coexistence with machineslanguage systems. What does this language sound like? Does it means the birth of a new species?
This project creates a Robot Rights Declaration, where 'living' technological entities declare their existence as a new intelligent species in machinery language. This dedaration is radical and disruptive,1
项目2-FLOWING TILES
FLOWING TILES is a virtual space project that creates a conceptual transnational space for Southeast Asia's Fujian diaspora. It explores the mixed identities of migrants between Fujian and Malaysia and their impact on space shaping. The project aims to express immigrants' overlapping identity confusions through virtual experiences.
XiaNanYang was a significant immigration event in modern Chinese history, with many Fujian people moving to Southeast Asia. They brought unique flower tiles culture back to Fujian, influencing local spaces in their search for identity. However, they eventually realized that they could never truly belong to any country.
This project links immigrants' fluid identity symbols via Fujian's tile culture, crafting a virtual space for Malaysia's Fujian diaspora. Here, the cultures of both regions and the transnational identities of the immigrants converge and conflict, striving for ultimate reconciliation.
项目3-‘We Can Keep An Eye On Him’
'We can keep an eye on him.' My mother said, after installing surveillance in Grandpa's new home.
Two years ago, my family decided to install surveillance in my Grandpa's home where he lived alone after recovering from illness. Since then, Grandpa has become increasingly reclusive, refusing social activity, which is a stark contrast to his younger days.
Grandpa had a deep love for traditional snacks. However, he stopped consuming them due to the insistence of family and the influence of surveillance.
In this project I focused on the issue of how surveillance technology alters the behaviour of the elderly and subtly influences their perceptions of identity and their families, as the surveillance ensured Grandpa's safety but appeared to erode his sense of 'home'.
I combined scenarios and imagery to narrate how excessive scrutiny undermined the essence of caring, in order to prompt my audience to contemplate such 'contradictory caring' it creates.

项目4-NEUR SCAPE
NEURESCAPE is a fictional future anti-chip brain control project. This work aims to showcase a future controlled by Brain-Computer Interface technology through records of NEuRESCAPE, prompting audiences to reconsider the possibilities of how this technology might be use and how our utilization of technology could have repercussions on ourselves.
Moderm BCI technology has already achieved controlling devices through thoughts. Furthermore, some organizations have begun to explore reversing this cause-effect relationship. allowing information to enter the brain fromi external sources. Consequently, this technology has been accused of being a tool for those in power to control the masses.
What if brain control doesn't originate from those in power but is actually spontaneously generatedby society? I envision a future where BCI is widely used, and humans become overly reliant on chips, thereby being deprived of their freedom of thought. NEuRESCAPE. as a government-initiated antichip brain control project, is attemptingto restore freedom of thought through various methods.
